Juergen P. Schuette is a German born Modelist and Technical Design Expert, residing in New York City since 1991.
He brings with him the experience of a career spanning over more than 40 years.
His education and training as an Haute Couture Tailor set the standard, he’s been holding for himself and the Fashion Houses he collaborated with.
Throughout his vocation Juergen developed superb technical skills coupled with a unique talent to translate the designer’s vision and inspirations, resulting in a brand identifying product that stands above its competitors in expression and execution.
His co-creations have graced the international runways, countless magazine covers and editorials since 1988. Since than he has made custom clothing for celebrities and VIP's such as Gwyneth Paltrow and Christy Turlington, to name just a few.
Juergen, who become known as an industry insider for his master pattern-making skills and hands-on approach continued his career trajectory as Vice President of Technical Design & Development at DKNY / LVMH from 2003 to 2008.
For the subsequent decade he successfully established and led the Technical Design Department at CLUB MONACO, a RALPH LAUREN Division, as Senior Vice President of Technical Design.
Since 2019 Juergen has shifted his interest back to his initial love of being hands on with small design houses in the process of creation.
